The new Bury+Partners website is both clean and elegant in its simplicity: it features outstanding usability, design, and layout that draws visitors' eyes beautifully through the content with great lateral navigation options.
A custom content management system was implemented to enable the Bury team to update content and images throughout the website.
Having potential for a ever growing number of images, we opted to place them all on a content delivery network. This made it more efficient to store and deliver the thousands of portfolio images to the website.
With a goal of spreading more useful information, as well as improving their search engine ranking, a blog was added to the new site. We incorporated a WordPress blog and created a template to match the rest of the site. One issue we ran into was with the dynamic primary navigation: If you place your mouse over a primary link like Services or Markets, the subsequent dynamic dropdown menus that are displayed are all editable through the custom content management system. As soon as Bury updated the navigation menus, then the blog navigation would be out of sync with the rest of the site. To solve this, we created a controller that would spit out just the html for the navigation to be fed to the WordPress template. It manages to keep the navigation consistent throughout the site.Visit Bury Partners
