Full time Senior Web Designer

White Lion is looking for an energetic, creative individual to lead our design team as part of our high-profile, widely recognized Internet agency.

• Overlooking, managing, and contributing to all design /multimedia/visual/aesthetics of all work developed by our team.
• Creating concepts, executing designs and implementing design concepts through all phases of a project.
• Presenting design concepts to clients and team members.
• Designing for websites, interactive demos, web applications and occasional print projects.
• Make daily decisions as we redesign existing sites or design new sites for new clients.
• Jump in at various stages of design and be capable of managing the process necessary to take a project to completion.
• Work cooperatively with our team of consultants, project managers, editors, engineers, and programmers.
• Help shape the engineering of the site.
• Provide input for pricing and timelines of projects.
• Assist in improving systems for both project production and internal training.

Qualified candidates should be experienced, creative problem solvers with regard to designing on the Web, and be able to present a portfolio that reflects strong design skills/concepts/ideas.

Also, candidates must thrive on functional user interfaces and be passionate about the design world.

Must have elite level Photoshop chops. Flash, Illustrator, Print, CSS skills all a plus, but not required.

Opening salary for the right candidate is negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
