White Lion is looking for a full-time Developer

Your primary job responsibilities are to:

• write original code
• modify existing code
• debug problems
• integrate the work of other programmers (you will not be asked to design)

Expertise with all aspects of PHP (installation, configuration, use), JavaScript and MySQL is required. You must show strong skills in Database design, CSS and XHTML. Experience with Apache and Linux are a plus.

The developer will be involved in all levels of the web sites production. You will help shape the engineering of sites, be involved with the pricing and timeline of the projects, review site architecture to streamline and improve the site navigation and logic, participate in the creative meeting and the prototype strategy, and share the coding responsibility of our clients' sites.

The candidate must be able to work both independently and as member of a team, and must demonstrate skills to solve problems with no or little supervision. The candidate must demonstrate a great attention to details and the ability to follow documented coding standards. Being quality focused, eager to learn new skills, and able to respect a timeline by skillfully managing workload are also a must.
